Founded by chefs Hunter and Kelly Manzo after they met in culinary school in Chicago, A Pop Above has built a reputation on major fairgrounds. Our kettle corn was named Best of the West at the 2017 Arizona State Fair.

Fair and venue leaders have recommended our product, customer service and professional operation. We know that the concession becomes part of how guests remember an event.

Our popcorn has been part of major fairs, televised fair food features, and private events for some of the world’s best-known companies. Hunter and Kelly bring a chef’s eye for food and years of experience operating at scale. The goal is simple: give people a reason to stop, smile and come back.
